This video tour shows you how to create more Conference Codes for your account. New conference codes can be given to other users in your company to host concurrent conference calls.
To create a new conference code, you'll need to login into your account and select "My Account" then choose "Conference Codes" from the sub menu. The list of active conference codes in your account will be presented to you. Simply click the "Generate New Conference Code " button and new code will appear at the top of your list.
You can label conference codes as needed with either a billing code or a user's name for example. Then, whenever you pull call history reports, the new labels will be next to all the call activities. For added security, we allow you to replace conference host and guest-speaker codes here too.
There's an email template with the conference call information and instructions so it's easy to send everything to a new user. Just click the envelope icon and choose "Select All" and copy-paste the text into an email and send it on.
You can create more conference codes at any time. Just repeat these same steps.
