Welcome to our video tour showing how to view Call History Reports. These reports display detailed information collected during each of your conference calls. To access reports, login to your account and select "Reports" in the main menu.
The Executive Summary displays the total minutes used by year and you can click on the chart to see the data in smaller increments like month or day. To pull call detail records, select "Call Archives" from the sub-menu. You have two sorting options; the first is a view with fixed date ranges or you can create a date range.
Call History Reports are sorted and grouped by conference codes for easy user tracking. To export and download the call history details to Excel, just click on the export icon and save the file to your computer. You can also view caller information; the phone number and location of each caller, their name if you added it and the caller’s join and leave times.
