This tour covers our conference call recording services including how to record a conference call and the features available after a recording has been made. Our recording features are free to use with your conference call service anytime.
The host can enable recording during a conference call by selecting 5* from the phone or by selecting the "Record Call" button in the online Conference Call Manager.
Once you've made a recording, you can access it by logging into your account and selecting "Recordings" and the conference code used from the drop down menu. Listen to a recording, download and store it or setup a podcast feed easily.
