Welcome to our video tour showing you how to manage a Question and Answer Session using the Conference Call Manager. Our Question and Answer features let you control conference participants and field individual questions from them even though your conference call participants are all muted.

You'll access the conference call manager by logging in to your account and clicking on "Manage Call " in the main menu and select the conference code you’re using from the drop down menu.

The Conference Call Manager is a live, real-time view of your conference call. When you’re ready to begin the question and answer portion, tell your callers they can press 5* from their phone to say they’d like to ask a question.

You can see which callers have questions from the Q&A column and can unmute a caller individually by clicking on the "Muted Speaker" icon. Our system tells the caller they are then able to speak. When the caller has asked their question, you can mute them again and move on.
